I have seen a lot of this going on before and after the election and even caught myself having to fact check things before sharing because I reposted a fake picture.
It is simply amazing how quickly misleading information can be spread and it is continually being created.
Beware of people on any side of any issue, as they all seem to have a few who will use these downright dirty techniques to make their opponent look bad.
Something truly bad doesn't need help proving the point and it proves a part of the opposition is just as bad once these rumors are proven wrong.
