Another backtrack. Climate change. PET said it was a hoax. Now says he has an "open mind" about the Paris Agreement.Shifty shifter?

The Paris Agreement has 193 signatories of which the United States is one. It is about agreeing to cut global warming by reducing carbon emissions. Last week PET appointed Myron Ebell, CLIMATE CHANGE DENIER,   to oversee transition work with the Environmental Protection Agency. Mixed signals? Take your pick? Wouldn't it be a kick in the head if PET turned out to be a LIBERAL?
