Does your house smell as good as mine with all this holiday cooking?

Menu:
Beef Bourguignon
Coq Au Vin
Homemade French Baguettes
Assortment of sharp and mild cheeses and jams with crackers
Red Wine
Chocolate meringue pies

We eat in about 45 minutes, but the smells coming out of the kitchen are divine!
Oh, forgot the vegetable dishes! They haven't started those, not the salad.

All French today, even French music!

My house smells like Yoda's armpit.  Magical.

I cooked yesterday for school.  Everyone brought something so I should not have bothered.  There was more food than people and there were lots of people.

I brought about 3 versions of potatos.  No one noticed.  There were so many potatoes there?  Why did I even bother?

But I am still full.  One teacher made this Egg Nog Mousse that was just amazing.    So, I stuffed my gut and then we had to do Shiatsu?  Oh man. That was just totally unproductive. You cannot DO that stuff on a full stomach.  The guy I was working on fell asleep from a food coma while I was working on him.

No, I don't cook.  My oven holds indoor gardening tools, clay pots and potting soil.  When I was remodeling my kitchen a while back, my brother-in-law asked me why I would spend money remodeling a room that I so rarely use.  I told him it was because I believe everyone should have a nice potting shed.
