Why would anyone want to move to the country if they didn't have horses?

  • The quiet, the natural sound of birds and peepers, the coyotes, the sound of fox pups. The vision of a deer prancing through the meadow, the sight of the hawk scouting for his meal, the majesty of the bald eagle. The feel of the wind as it blows the smell of each season to you, the sight of a rippling pond surface from the wind or perhaps from the flat stone you just skipped across it. A walk through nature with your loved one. These are just a few reasons I love the country and I have no horse.

Perfectly described, Ant! Perhaps you forgot; 'the distant moo of a solitary cow'.

More space for my elephants and giraffes to run around.  They were taking up too much space in my fridge.
