What's your favorite nice recipe to make?

Stuffed peppers. My old mamma's recipe handed down through the generations since the 1700's  My great,great,great grandma Sally's concoction. (It's just rice and ground beef with tomato sauce.) Harder than hell to find a can of Hunt's tomato sauce back in those days, I'll bet. It's nice.

It a simple one, but has served me practically my entire adult life, and best of all, it's easy-peasy:
