Do colleges offer music classes in hip-hop/ rap music?

There  are always a variety of music classes offered in colleges and universities. I wonder if this genre has reached there yet.

  • Some do.  My understanding is they usually count for a culture credit.

    I don't like opera, but I don't think anyone would dismiss it as "not culture."
