Can Trump get rid of PARTS of the 1st Amendment but leave the rest??

Hello:

He's gonna HIRE Sheriff Clark as his Homeland Security guy.  Both he and president Trump HATE protesters.  They're gonna STOP them.  You KNOW it, and I KNOW it.

    They won't stop protesting, but will stop rioting. It's the Looney left, college students that are chipping away free speech.
