Why is Trump hiring all these billionaires for his cabinet posts? (More questions in the description.)

1. Do they need a job? Poorer people could use that job.
2. Are they Donald's friends? 
3. Is it a billionaire club?
4. Are they bored with the jobs they have?
5. Are they in government to pad their businesses? 
6. Do they really hate to pay any taxes?
7. Why?
