Where oh where is the PET/Republican replacement plan for the AHCA? When do we see it and when does it become effective?

If there is a  time gap between the loss of AHCA and effectiveness of the glorious and wondrous PET replacement insurance how long will it last and what are folks supposed to do in the meantime?  Die quietly out of sight so PET and his pals don't get embarrassed? We need guidelines for how we are expected to behave. When you're scared to death it's hard to think clearly. Having a set of instructions is helpful. I know. PET will be "looking into that". Right?

    It has been online since the summer 2016. It has to be passed by Congress and signed by President before it can go into effect.
