Is she loosing feathers and trying to fly away from him? If so, a second cage, and only letting them out separately might give her some relief. Otherwise, she might be in need of a nesting box.
OMG FINALLY a person who knows something about birds. She has a nest. She found a niche in a curtain. I have these curtains that have pockets of sorts in them. LOL I just heard a noise? The egg is on the floor. I really don't want more parakeets. I don't know how to care for a new baby one. I guess the parakeets do all the work. I was told to put the eggs (she keeps pushing them out of the "nest" to the floor. I was told to put the eggs together in the cage (they have 2 big cages FYI) so they stop "doing it". But it is unceasing.
She looks totally heathy, stays in that nest most of her days and comes out and eats once in a while but the guy (Mellow) feeds her by mouth.
It sounds okay to me -- that they're just enjoying what they'd be doing in the wild anyway. If she's tossing the eggs out, that means she's not broody, ie, not wanting to hatch chicks. But once a year she will want to. A commercial breeder would have fake eggs to match her species, and might be willing to sell you some - maybe five would be good. Or you might be able to make some by making a 3-part mold and casting the eggs in plaster of Paris mixed with a 10% solution of water-based glue. Then each day you can remove the real eggs and replace them with your fake ones. Once the broody season ends, she will go back to tossing her eggs on the floor. Might be easier to have a sheet of plastic or something to make the mess easier to clean up.
Most parrot species form monogamous bonds for life. They are definitely not happy without a mate. If one dies, they will find another.

Oh my gosh. You told me so much. That explains it. I feel so bad now. I am torturing these poor women. There are 3 girls and one man. So the man and one girl mate all the time and the other two are not happy about it, because they fight each other sometimes. That only happened twice, but it freaked me out because I couldn't figure out why. I am getting two more men tomorrow. You saved them. Probably need another cage too, but I don't want babies. That will be parakeet overload.

(Sharonna, this is very telling: I'm beginning to think that's the only reason you keep feeding me by mouth, to keep me healthy so you can continue to do the nasty TO me.)
