Yes some do. Some just to see how the other side views it. Some stay away from the arguements/debates altogether.
I would say that there are more debates on this site because anything that looks like an arguement is probably gonna violate TOS. We have to stay civil here and that is good.
Some people may have other issues they are dealing with and don't come here at all or very little.
