    The same can be said for the homeless. When people are deemed obsolete, we toss them out into the streets. Then treat them like the trash we think they are.

  • If old people have earned respect, then yes, we certainly should. But respect is not an entitlement.

    I've noticed that, now that I'm old, I've become invisible. It's the way of the world. I'm happy enough to be ignored.
