I wouldn't be too sure about that Randy. The foreign minister of Montetildezlkstan was seen going into Trump Tower yesterday. Hmm, what were they talking about?
Anyway, if Montetidezikstan doesn't work out you're always welcome in Livvistan if you transfer enough AM credits unto my account.
Livvistan has a perfect human rights record! Yay! (Our lawyer just got it expunged, that little military action was our first offense.)

I suppose you want those AM credits in exchange for releasing the poor, innocent, beleaguered tildes you've been holding hostage lo these many weeks. Wait until the foreign mlnister hears about that! I'm going straight to the embassy right now for a press conference, you're toast, Lady! ~
You misunderstood Livvistan's intentions. We would never accept bribes to turn those tildes back over to you. We just need the AM credits to continue our nuclear weapons program.
We are not a rogue nation! The UN weapons inspectors said we're compliant but we can't stay in compliance if we don't have enough AM credits to pay them off. Believe me, we do everything we can to make them say we're compliant!
I take it your question is based on countries that do not have an extradition treaty with the US. I've looked up the list.
Gee, there are so many places I wouldn't want to go. None is perfect, but there wouldn't be such place on earth. I guess what would be important is who I brought along with me. Love can bring us a far way. Next democracy and LGBT rights are high on the list as is free press. Nature having something to say as well. There will be pros and cons, but the choice ended by Cape Verde.
Guess, all I need now is to find a reason to live a place without an extradition treaty with the US, and the partner to bring along. Mhmm.
I'd definitely not go for an Arabic country out of three reasons: 1. stage of democracy (lack of), 2. women's rights (lack of), and 3. rights of the LGBT community (lack of).
May I suggest Croatia over Bosnia? For my own I'll stick to my choice: Cape Verde. People are very friendly and open there.
