    That might be valued in a few of the "big professions" (medicine, law, etc.), but not many others anymore. Cheap labor and knowledge of "The New Thing" is valued over experience.

    That means the entire workforce where I work will be fired immediately. They will have to hire a bunch of milleniums who would destroy everything within a week and force the business to close with lawsuits against them.
