    Not too many 'institutions' around anymore since the popular use of mental stabilizing drugs. I have 2 relatives on these drugs. Keeps 'em fairly civil.

  • No.  Not too many institutions anymore because the Regan administration had them shut down and put them on the streets and in turn filled our prisons with with them.   Coincidentally the same time the rise of for profit private prisons happened. Hmmmmmmm......
