Could robots be programmed to think they're human? Who would do the programming? Other robots?

    Machine learning could pick up human reactions from people. However result might be that robots appear to humans as if they think they are human. 


    Doubtful if they would actually think in the way humans do.


    Presently with chess, computers are very efficient, but super-efficient moves are often described as computer moves because they are so unlike what a human player would come up with.
