It's possible. Though it's kinda dangerous to entertain such thoughts too much in the absence of any real proof. These kinds of speculations are the seeds of divisive unsubstantiated conspiracy theories.
Interesting thought, just wouldn't suggest you spend much time thinking about it.
What else do we do on the internet and if difficult to rig a national election to the point of changing the outcome why bother with an investigation which serves to cast doubt on the process and the winner?
