China, we already have ties that he chooses to weaken.

    An improved relationship with Russia is essential because the current tension risks nuclear war.

    Well, I agree with "The relationship with China must change because it is leading to the U.S. being deindustrialized." but not so much with  "An improved relationship with Russia is essential because the current tension risks nuclear war.".
