What is your favorite choice to paint an inside of a house? What colors?

I like the colors I picked for my kitchen and spare room... a red called Pizza Pie and a grey called Wet Pavement

I just renovated a whole house and for the first time ever painted a neutral stone color  throughout. 
The walls are all knock-down texture and they came out perfect.  The trim is white.  There's a lot of stone in the kitchen.  It's beautiful and I haven't done much with color yet other than leather furniture.
