    Yes.. I have a cat who was struck by a car and damaged a hind leg, now he is terrified of any kind of moving vehicle. Vet bill was about  $500.00.

  • That's terrible.  My friends lab got her hind leg ran over because she likes to lay under cars. The dog never learned a thing about doing that.
