Hello:

General Michael Flynn, Trumps National Security Advisor, has himself “inappropriately shared” classified information with foreign military officers and officials in Afghanistan in 2010.  He wasn't disciplined because “there was no actual or potential damage to national security as a result” of his sharing.

Nonetheless, looks like at LEAST 10% to me..  You???
