That is a GREAT idea!   Booze.  Yes.  Of course there are kids involved, but you can trade gifts.  It is a game my cousin invented.  Damn her to hell.  Oh, sorry.  Darn her to heck. This post was edited by WM BARR . =ABSOLUTE TRASH at December 17, 2016 2:30 PM MST

They love money.   Danny got money one year when I didn't have time to shop and he was ecstatic.

Your last sentence shouldn't end with a question mark, it's a declarative statement.

Save the $20 and pay me for my proofreading services.  (No charge for the tildes.)

Why are you always wrong?  I didn't know if Christmas is next week.  I was thinking out loud and asking YOU guys.  Therefore, WRONG again.

If both kids and adults participate, you could get a game that all might enjoy.

Give them a card with a true statement written inside.  You can't put a price on the truth.

It's a GRAB Bag.   Not a lesson or a sermon bag.

How about a copy of Fooled By Randomness (either text or audiobook)?

They don't read.   My cousin's husband would have devoured this.   You would have loved Bernie.  He is dead.  Only the good die young.  It was an excellent choice you made though.   But no one reads anything in that group except a scarce few.  They are not huge drinkers but the booze idea may be a better choice.  Basically all everyone does is exchange Starbucks gift cards.  They are so imaginiative.   (but the food is out of this world over at my cousin's house. )

How about a Trader Joe's gift card? Or maybe Whole Foods so they can experience what it's like when things "get real?"....;-D...

I'll do Trader Joe's.   They love Trader Joe's.   I mean who doesn't?   IF they don't?  Screw them.  Merry Christmas FAMILY!!!!!

Thanks OS.  I think will do that.    Do they have Trader Joe's in Chicago though?   I'm not sure, but that is where half of them live.  Hey part of the game is to bartyr and trade what you dont' want for something else.   TALK ABOUT RUDE!!!!!!!!    I bought this goregous bark-wrapped candle from Pier 1   and no one wanted it.    My mom got pissed off about it.  LOLOL

Yes, the Internet says there are at least a dozen Trader Joe's stores in the Chicago area.

Recommend the Crispy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies (so they can die of obesity-related problems.....;-D...)
