When we release people from jail, SOME of them are BAD, BAD people.. So, should we STOP releasing them??

Hello:

SOME Syrian refugees are BAD, BAD people..  Does that mean we should keep ALL of 'em out??

    They are only released after they have served their time. Legally we cannot keep them. 
    Legally we do not have to let the refugees in.....and are stupid if we let people in we cannot vet properly.
