Apparently Obama is taking presidential action and banning drilling in the Arctic and the North Atlantic for years to come. How?

I mean Rex Tillerson future Secretary of Sta te ain't gonna take kindly to that no how no way no time what with his notorious loyalty to ExxonMobil and PET won't stand for it because he wants complete authority/autonomy to wipe Obama from the history books entirely as if he never existed. That is his goal. Thwarting him will result in severe vendetta. He will never give up. He will never give in. He will tweet 24/7  about it. Why does Obama think he can protect anything from Juggernaut Johnny? Won't JJ roll over and crush everything in its path?

    Hi Rosie, I missed you the last couple days, I feel better now that your back, I have a concern about the environment as I loved the woods and fishing etc . There is nothing as beautiful as nature ( I loved Colorado) no one should be allowed to harm the environment period.
