I am unsure of what his definition of 'smart' is, or indeed if he has one. I am forced to agree that he thinks he is the smartest person in any room (or says he thinks he is) but as with so many things Trump, one has to question his version of reality.
Real reality, I suspect, will prove disappointing to those who might believe his self assessment.
I have a feeling this new presidential term is going to be ... eventful for all sorts of reasons.
