Do you often feel the satisfaction of knowledge?

Not sly knowledge. Real knowledge.

  • I'm not sure what you mean by "sly" versus "real."

Being curious, when I get answers to questions there is a deep feeling of pleasure in discovery and learning -
as intense as the pleasure of water when very thirsty, food when very hungry, sleep when exhausted -
it's the satisfaction of a need.

    Oh, yes!

Truth is made for the mind as water is made for thirst.

I feel satisfaction from building things. Not from acquiring knowledge.

No. Most knowledge will be outdated before you know it.

It would be better to master the skill of being able to keep up with the constantly changing world than actually "knowing things".

"And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." (John 8:32) John 17:3"this means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus christ."
