  • Let's see, I have a bottle of wine, and a good movie all picked out, have my black-eye peas ready to be cooked for new years day.......yep I'm ready. :) 
    I don't go out for New Year's Eve anymore, too many drinks thinking they can drive. 
    This has never been a significant holiday for me anyway.

    The city buses here are free on New Year's Eve. I'll be riding around town; my odds of getting a date are better than usual with a bus-load of low-income drunks. Wish me luck!
