I never looked forward to meeting the driver. I just want what I ordered.  If it gets there on time and is what I want, who cares who brings it?

I have never bought anything online. I learned long ago that you need to talk directly to a person who is standing right in front of you rather than an electronic voice. That way, you will get results if there is a problem with your order.
