Richard Nixon lacked charm and finesse and alienated people. Trump is a master manipulator extraordinare. Politically, Nixon was 10 times the statesman Trump is. He had lived, ate, drank and slept in the limelight of politics. Trump? Nope. They both have criminal minds underneath it all. Trump would do anything to achieve a goal no matter who he stepped on and Nixon too. They were both cut from the same cloth that way. They were just born in different times.
Nixon worshipped power. So does Trump. Very dangerous people. Both are crafty and really don't care about developing true wisdom. I think Nixon was at least capable of reflection but Trump? Never. He has the brain of a shark.
