Talky talk can only go on for so long. People then expect action. No more talk. What will Trump do when he has to actually DO?

When action is needed talking stops working and people stop listening. They watch and wait to see what DOING accomplishes. Trump is big at talking. How will he be at doing? He knows how to talk. Does he know how to do what needs to be done when it needs to be done?
