    I figure somtimes honor and respect can be Worlds apart - like you might have to show respect to someone because you know if you don't they could hurt or ruin you but you don't honor them. Cheers!

  • Vast amounts of difference.   Honor involves praise and an elevated sense of someone.   Respect doesn't.   You wouldn't honor your enemies or someone you hated but you could still respect them.  You could also honor someone you have little respect for.
