If you block everything/everyone else out and believe in your own superiority can you succeed even if you are ignorant/inept/clueless?

How much luck would it require to pull that off? How many miracles would it take? If you have blind faith in yourself and listen only to those who agree with you how long can you keep the fantasy going?

    If truly everyone else was against you and you still behaved in this manner you would be living on a desert island or locked up in some nut bin.  If you are talking about Trump, well he has a lot of nuts behind him.   We are surrounded.
