    Hello again, Lago:

Here's a better picture of it.  That's my ship.  Those are my 5" 38's.  On occasion, I got to fire them.

That's me on the fo'c'sle.  Ok, maybe not.

The biggest I've fired was just a handgun. I don't think I could handle anything bigger.

  • What was the circumstance? Shooting Range? Do you shoot regularly?

Yeah. My father is a gun nut and he likes to take me to the range occasionally. I still gotta work on my aim..

  • Hey, that's alright. That you have that to do with your father. Accuracy will come in time.
    Thanks P.

  • What about your other weapons?

  • Im afraid im not familiar with those. I figure that's some sort of hand weapon thru which you stick your fingers. Maybe? The other two are strange to me. like from a video game or something? No?

  • I used to own a .22 riffle. The biggest one I've shot was an M16.

  • An M16!?!?!?
You know I have to ask about that.

  • A friend of mine had a pretty good collection, and he let me shoot that one. We used to go shooting a lot and I really miss it.

  • Do you really? Miss it I mean.
There's an undeniable sense of power associated with the carrying and shooting of a gun. Sort of scary actually. To me at least. But I can't say I miss them.
    Thanks for responding Karen.
Did you take a picture shooting the M16? I don't think there are many women around that can say they've shot one of those.

I've shot a rifle at a shooting range.  I have no recollection what type or size although I'm sure it wasn't a very powerful one.  I managed to hit the paper target with all my shots, but not necessarily where they would do the most damage.

  • Hey you hit it.
    I think that's what counts.
    Good shooting.
    Thanks SS

  • A shotgun, don't know how big, probably not very big. I've shot some handguns. I shot a rifle that knocked my ear protection off.

  • That's funny,
Hey, you are kind of an experienced shot!
A shotgun is big enough Tammy.
I don't know why, but shot guns have always inspired me the most respect.
    Thank you T.

  • No, but for a liberal with attitude I'm pretty sure I'd want to give it a go. Tsk tsk.

  • I went looking for a picture of British woman, with the Union Jack, and shooting guns. You know? Compared to the hundreds I found of American women holding guns and either wearing the flag as a bikini or wrapped in it, this is the only one I could find that satisfied all criteria. How about that?
I was actually surprise at your willingness to "give it a go".  )
    Thanks Lu.
