Please can someone translate the word salad presented by GOP PC on his views about the Brexit?! He should be prepared giving his statement, after all he knew they were having a referendum before he visited Scotland, right?! A PC would know, right?!     Ah! Thank you, and the meaning of this if set into a global financial situation, as for UK, Europe and USA in a context of real politics?! Not to speak about Scotland (where he gave his statesman like statement)?! Between a Scotland that wants to separate from UK to rejoin EU!!
