Why don't Republicans have a completed implementable health care plan NOW that can replace the AHCA? What were they doing all these years?

They had years to create/prepare a plan they say will cost less and provide better coverage!  Where the he** is it? Why have they only been repealing and attacking and  complaining and not working on the plan so it could be implemented on DAY ONE of the new prez administration? A Republican said "they will immediately repeal the plan and then probably sunset it for 5-10 years to give Republicans time to create/implement a suitable plan!" SAY WHAT? They have NOTHING ready at all? NOTHING? ZERO? ZILCH? NADA? Ya gotta be kidding me. What makes them think they will ever have anything? How many decades is it gonna  take them? Unless it's all lies and they never had anything. Mebbe. This is where the sh** hits the fan. This is where they have to pay up or shut up! Which do you think they will do?

I think they will improve on the ACA and remove the bad parts, Obama admitted there are many parts of it that need to be eliminated, at least he admitted he never read it.

Why do all that work modifying something that might be scrapped?
