Is padophilia a result of the human need for protection in infancy?

A common practice in comic strips is the depiction of neotenic traits in the characters the reader is supposed to like.

examples of neotenic traits: Big heads, Big eyes, short limbs, 'baby fat'.

examples of comic strips doing this: Peanuts, The Anime genre, Donald Duck, ...

Is it not logical that such 'teaching' will lead to paedophilia in people who have grown up reading comic books ?

Discussion please :)

No, exaggerated and disproportional features are funny to humans and have been standard use for some time. It's what makes babies cute and cartoons ridiculous to the point of laughter. Miswiring somewhere in the brain leads to pedophilia. That or moral depravity. You choose.  This post was edited by O-uknow at January 8, 2017 6:55 PM MST
