You worked your butt off and got the job. You are now prez of your country. Do you ALWAYS put the best interests of the people first? How?

Would you form alliances with other Heads of State IN ADVANCE of becoming prez to such an extent that you would ALWAYS support/defend them against attacks and would you EVER under any circumstance turn against your own people and attack them for criticizing foreign leaders? Why?
