    You know the answer to this excon.

    Because the CIA reported the Russian hack during the election process, and it was publicized after the fact. He has interpreted that as a statement that he didn't win on his own merit.  And, when anyone does anything that upsets him, his temper gets the best of him.  He acts like a big baby, throwing a tantrum, and picks a fight.
