Avid crossword puzzle enthusiasts (yes, I know it's redundant), what are some words you see used the most in either clues or answers? ~

Here's my list:

4. oleo
3. tern
2. san
1. anti-

  • Any enthusiastic cruciverbalist will tell you that cryptics are the way to go. They tend to avoid some of those odd little words that only seem to crop up in crosswords.
