Angela!!! You know me, I love Winter. I was born in Michigan in February while it was under 20 degrees with a snow storm. I have ice in my veins instead of blood. It's much easier to get warm than it is to get get cool in the summer, in my opinion.
Fall and winter. Spring is full of mud, rain , and pollen. Summer is hot, humid, and the days are too long. Summer get's old fast. Once 2.5 months of vacation stops in the summer, it loses most of it's luster.
Each have their own, and are very different here. I love them all, and miss them at some time through the year. Two of them though I'll never get tired of, spring and summer. :-)
Spring for me everytime.. I love the optimism.. the fact that the days are getting longer and starting to get warmer.. to sit out in the garden in the sunshine for the first time in the year... it's THE most fabulous feeling.. I love it.. it's refreshing to the soul...
I love too, the flowers beginning to bloom, the promise of more flowers to come throughout the summer...
I love the sunshine.. all the promise and hope that brings... that it makes people smile and be more optimistic.
