  • I'd take a junky house any day of the week! It can be fixed up and sold for more money while trailers depreciate. More money to made by selling a house. Don't ya think?

  • Nice trailer.   They can always be added onto.  I'm not looking to flip.

  • A junky house can be fixed, a nice trailer is a nice trailer...guess it doesn't really matter much to me as long as I have a roof over my head that doesn't leak! Lol!

  • When you're young ... a house
When you're older ... a trailer is easier to maintain
