How do you KNOW in advance if the guy with the gun is good or bad? What's the test at first sight and why?

Lemme put it this way.  When a bunch of ARMED white guys took over a federal installation recently, the cops stood back..  But, I'll just BET that if a bunch of ARMED black guys did the same thing, the cops would NOT have been so deferential..

So it would be the mirror test then m'dear? Always carry a mirror and look at it and if what is facing you is a mirror of your reflection then it is for sure a Good Bad Guy.
