    Stress. I wish I could quit it, but I've tried and I'm basically stuck with it.

    Fork.  You can.  It takes work.  Exercise helps a lot.   So do relaxation tapes.   (And maybe meds. )  My heart goes out to anyone who suffers from too much stress.   It is ignored mostly and the one who suffers generally suffers in silence or picks up a 6 pack and starts guzzling.

    So far my best technique has been moving quite a distance away from those who are the root cause of most of my stress and completely abandoning the idea of ever owning a cell-phone. Now a few of them are floating the idea of moving closer to me. I literally have what feels like a small knot in my stomach just thinking about that.

    I don't guzzle, not anymore. lol Most of the really bad stuff, I gave up long ago. Thanks for listening though and for the advice, I appreciate that :)
