Last week Trump compared the intelligence agencies to the Nazis. Yesterday, he said he "loves and respects" the intelligence agencies, and his previous statements were a media creation.
I suspect those around him are watching for more evidence of his being unhinged. The Secret Service and the White House staff. His erratic behavior is becoming dangerous.
Article 2 of the Constitution allows for the removal of the president due to inabilty to discharge his duties. The 25th Amendment further provides the president can be declared to be unable to discharge his duties.
He certainly appears to be suffering from cognitive dissonance exhibited by his comments one day and the exact opposite the next day. Sad.
