President Trump did not raise anything he stopped a cut that Pres Obama had planned to go into effect but it didn't so the rate stays the same.

It is so hard to speak to you, Tom because I am going to school for Massage, not communicating with those who cannot understand concepts relating to logic and reality.   Words have exact meanings.   Saying something so overtly embarrassing as you just did only proves my point.
