You hit the nail on the head. There is a lot he said he would do but he does not have the authority to do it. What he does have authority to do is to be vindictive and in turn make life miserable for far too many innocents.
Oh dear, what a shock.. like um none of us could guess that he was just an empty vessel making lots of noise?
Trouble is tho.. all while he is still there.. he is still causing harm.. he is causing division, (well what sane person could just sit and take having that idiot for a prez?) not to mention hate crimes, discrimination, pouring good American money into a useless, pointless wall (if that happens!) and the loss of human rights,.. Oh and the fact he will irritate just about every other leader round the world... etc etc etc
