    After a particularly annoying session of sorting out all sorts of silly problems for my then company (a subsidiary of a half-billion dollar US organisation), I stormed into the admin area shouting "Do I have to do EVERYTHING around here?".

    Carolyn, the Chief Executive's secretary, quietly piped up with "Yes you do Ray, otherwise nothing gets done."
