    By not detaining people with green cards and who are legal citizens.
    Vetting is important for those who are trying to get in for the first time.
    What Trump did was not legal and the backlash will be bad for all of us.

    Some of those people went through years of waiting and doing everything required to become a legal citizen.  This does not sit right with most of us.
