Nothing.  I don't watch that crap and I don't have a spouse and I doubt if I ever remember that much detail about any man's schwantz.   I didn't have to draw it or anything, I just had to make it happy.

Ask them if they have a past as porn star. Wouldn't be the guys genitals in my case though that would catch my eyes and suspicion. The woman on the other hand... Mmhmmm.
