How can someone mess things up so much and not get disciplined in any way?

Is the Constitution of the United States being violated as we speak? I guess it doesn't apply to the POTUS.

    When those around him (POTUS) are willing to turn a blind eye to Democracy, and by doing so they advance their
    causes..like the gutting of Social Security, the targeting of Islam, assault on medicare, etc.
